The prices of our products are expressed in Euros and, in accordance with the provisions of Article 68 of Law 37/1992 of 28 December, the prices expressed also include VAT.

The prices of our products exclude the possible expenses that can be originated according to the conditions of shipment. The final price of each order will be reflected in the summary of the purchase before formalizing the payment.

PAYMENT METHODS

The forms of payment that can be chosen to formalize the purchases through our web page, are the following ones:

  • Credit card: pay securely through our Virtual TPV, you will be redirected to the bank’s website to complete the payment. The transaction and the activity of our shop are carried out in Spain.
  • PayPal: pay with your PayPal account
  • Bank transfer: pay by bank transfer, your order will not be processed until we have received the amount of your order, if you want to speed up the process you can send proof of payment to info@brownjury.com

Depending on the payment option chosen, you will agree to fill in the necessary fields to formalize the payment of your purchase.

Brown Jury guarantees that it will treat with total security and confidentiality the data corresponding to the means of payment used.
The details of the card used for payment are transmitted in SSL encrypted form.
This solution guarantees the secrecy of the communication through a dialogue with encryption keys.

RETURNS

Returns of one or more items from an order, with money back.
To make such a refund must be made within the first 10 calendar days after receiving the order, and must call the phone: 954013300 (during working hours from 8 to 2 Monday to Friday) or send an e-mail to brownjury@brownjury.com, with your customer name, telling us that you want to return, one or more items from your order indicating the deposit number. We will send the agency to pick up the order, completely free.
Once checked by us that the items are properly labeled, and without samples of having been used, we will proceed to pay the amount of the returned items.

OBJECT OF THE CONDITIONS

The following General Conditions establish, together with the rest of the Terms and Conditions, the legal framework that regulates the use of the website www.brownjury.com of which Géneros de Punto Samo, S.L. (hereinafter, Brown jury) is the owner, as well as the services provided by Brown jury through the same. These will always be available at www.brownjury.com for consultation, archiving or printing.

Also, in this section you will find all the necessary information about the procedures that the user must follow to buy a product, terms and conditions, return policy, etc..

All products offered on www.brownjury.com are sold directly by the company owning the brand, Géneros de Punto Samo, S.L.

APPLICABLE LAW

These general contracting conditions, together with any particular conditions that may be established, will expressly regulate the relations that arise between Brown jury and the third parties (hereinafter “users”) that contract through the portal www.brownjury.com

These General Conditions have been drawn up in accordance with the provisions of Law 34/2002 on information society services and electronic commerce, Law 7/1998 on General Contracting Conditions, Royal Decree 1906/1999 regulating telephone or electronic contracting with general conditions in development of article 5.3 of Law 7/1998, General Law 26/1984 for the Defence of Consumers and Users, Law 7/1996 on the Regulation of Retail Commerce, and any other applicable legal provisions. Brown jury will be able to modify the present General Conditions, by means of the publication of the above mentioned modifications in the portal in the version published by Brown jury in the same moment in which the user accedes to the web.

The use of this electronic payment system to purchase products may constitute an offence of electronic fraud, as provided for in article 248 of the Penal Code, when any of the following circumstances apply:

  • False information is provided about the buyer or the number of the card used as a means of payment.
  • Use data of people other than the buyer.
  • Usurp the condition of alien cardholder.
  • Use card numbers generated by computer programs or similar algorithms.

The Brown Jury website incorporates appropriate safeguards and uses industry-standard technology to improve the security, integrity, completeness, accuracy and protection of the personal data it collects, and has established reasonable precautions to protect such information from loss or misuse.
