RETURNS

Returns of one or more items from an order, with money back.

To make such a refund must be made within the first 10 calendar days after receiving the order, and must call the phone: 954013300 (during working hours from 8 to 2 Monday to Friday) or send an e-mail to brownjury@brownjury.com, with your customer name, telling us that you want to return, one or more items from your order indicating the deposit number.

We will send the agency to pick up the order, completely free.
Once checked by us that the items are properly labeled, and without samples of having been used, we will proceed to pay the amount of the returned items.
